Our Story
Born out of a collaboration with Georgia-based rug design studio American Dakota, the Woodland Collection was inspired by rustic wood cabins and the textures they contain. In keeping with the inspiration, the actual textures were captured from charcoal rubbings taken from New Echota, the historic Cherokee capital in Calhoun, GA. This gives the planks a unique rustic charm that other patterns fail to replicate.
The collection name gives a nod to New Echota's original inhabitants that were Woodland Indians, the collection brings together six colors inspired by the textures and tones of the buildings of New Echota. The planks are engineered for long-life, remarkable durability, and designed to be easy to replace over time.
